According to a survey conducted from December 2018 to February 2019, the majority of respondents stated that they received information on consumer protection from Facebook, telephone or websites. In the same survey, 94.7 percent of the respondents agreed that despite the existence of consumer protection law, consumers do not have awareness of it.
