Global concentrated solar power production 2009-2021
Production of concentrated solar power in the world reached roughly 13.6 terawatt hours in 2021, down from 14.2 terawatt hours in 2019. Concentrated solar power (CSP) uses mirrors or lenses to concentrate a large area of sunlight into a smaller area, thus, generating solar power. Production of this renewable energy resource has experienced an increase globally in the last decade.
