Travel entry restrictions for COVID-19 recovered and vaccinated Germany 2021
In May 2021, around 29.4 percent of respondents of a survey conducted in Germany stated that they agreed those who were vaccinated against or recovered from the coronavirus (COVID-19) should be able to enter countries that were not on Germany's risk area list without being subject to entry restrictions, such as having to be tested for the virus. Around 13 percent disagreed. Germany's risk area list is developed jointly between the Robert Koch Institute and the German government. It lists other countries by risk level parameters established in Germany, depending on the assessment of national coronavirus epidemics. These risk labels, in turn, determine the possible travel restrictions for those wishing to enter a given country.
